Product Profile
Product Name ADCY8 antibody, Internal
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to ADCY8 (Internal)Adenylate cyclase is a membrane bound enzyme that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. The enzymatic activity is under the control of several hormones, and different polypeptides participate in the transduction of the signal from the receptor to the catalytic moiety. Stimulatory or inhibitory receptors (Rs and Ri) interact with G proteins (Gs and Gi) that exhibit GTPase activity and they modulate the activity of the catalytic subunit of the adenylyl cyclase [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 952~982 amino acids from the Center region of human ADCY8.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of ADCY8 Antibody (Center) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ADCY8 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

ADCY8 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue reacted with ADCY8 Antibody (Center) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Application Notes ELISA: Use at 1:1,000:
